AUSFOG is a collaborative association of senior finance officers representing 38 Universities across all states and territories. The Group formally meets once or twice annually and corresponds regularly throughout the year on matters that impact on the financial operations of the Sector. The Group also liaises closely with the State Audit Offices on matters such as compliance with Accounting Standards and Department of Education and Training reporting requirements.

An underlying principle of AUSFOG is to foster professional and open relationships by the informal sharing of knowledge and experience. Institutional participants of AUSFOG are able to extend membership of the Financial Management Network to their professional staff, a community engagement platform to build capability for finance staff in the sector.
AUSFOG CONFERENCE 2024
The next AUSFOG Conference will be hosted by the University of the Sunshine Coast June 20-21. The AUSFOG Conference is where Chief Financial Officers and senior finance staff come together to share knowledge, explore new ways of working and to collaborate for the benefit of the sector.
